What is new in the Martin Standard Series for 2025?
For the first time since 2018, Standard Series guitars are being slightly tweaked with a nice mix of modern and vintage-inspired features including Golden Era top bracing - which is a big improvement in overall volume and projection with nice vintage tones, there's a thinner fretboard much like older Martin guitars with a gently beveled edge for improved comfort. We have a Golden Era modern belly bridge with bone or ebony bridge pins and an improved nut on angle transition from the fretboard to headstock. Cosmetically we're seeing a Long Diamond neck transition and a sleeker vintage-style neck heel!
